GENERAL PROVISION Section 406 under this heading in the Department of Housing and Urban Development—Independent Agencies Appropriations Act, 1989 (Public Law 100–404) is amended by striking out “the Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, who, under title 5, United States Code, section 101, is exempted from such limitation” and inserting in lieu thereof “any officer or employee authorized such transportation under title 31, United States Code, section 1344”.
