funding prohibitionSec. 420. None of the funds made available by this or any other Act may be used to regulate the lead content of ammunition, 131 STAT. 499 ammunition components, or fishing tackle under the Toxic Substances Control Act (15 U.S.C. 2601 et seq.) or any other law.
