Sec. 301. Sunset Harbor, California: Section 1119(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 is amended by adding at the end 103 STAT. 100thereof the following: “The total cost referred to in the preceding sentence may be increased by the Secretary by any amount contributed by non-Federal interests which is in excess of amounts contributed by non-Federal interests under the preceding sentence.”.
