(a) The proviso in the item relating to “Capitol Grounds” in title VI of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 1977 (90 Stat. 1453; 2 U.S.C. 2163) is amended by striking “appropriated under this heading” and inserting “appropriated for any available account of the Architect of the Capitol”.(b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to fiscal year 2017 and each succeeding fiscal year.
