Rural Housing Insurance Fund In Public Law 100–460, “An Act making appropriations for Rural Development, Agriculture, and Related Agencies programs for the fiscal year ending September 30, 1989, and for other purposes”, in the account titled “Rural Housing Insurance Fund” the first proviso of the second paragraph is hereby amended to read as follows: “Provided, That of this amount not less than $109,918,000 is available for newly constructed units financed by section 515 of the Housing Act of 1949, as amended, and not more than $5,082,000 is for newly constructed units financed under sections 514 and 516 of the Housing Act of 1949:”.
