economic development and regulation (including rescission) For an additional amount for “Economic development and regulation”, $1,990,000: Provided, That of the funds appropriated under this heading for fiscal year 1989 in the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 1989, approved October 1, 1988 (Public Law 100–462; 103 STAT. 115102 Stat. 2269–2), $19,016,000 are rescinded for a net decrease of $17,026,000.
