governmental direction and support (including rescission) For an additional amount for “Governmental direction and support”, $26,000: Provided, That of the funds appropriated under this beading for fiscal year 1989 in the District of Columbia Appropriations Act, 1989, approved October 1, 1988 (Public Law 100–462; 102 Stat 2269–1 to 2269–2), $7,216,000 are rescinded for a net decrease of $7,190,000.
