water and sewer enterprise fund Of the funds appropriated under this heading for fiscal year 1989 in the District of (Columbia Appropriations Act, 1989, approved October 1, 1988 (Public Law 100–462; 102 Stat. 2269–7), $100,000 shall be available to compensate individuals as provided in the Water Main Break Fund Emergency Act of 1988, effective December 21, 1988 (D.C. Act 7–269; to be codified at D.C. Code, sec. 47–375, note).
