SEC. 404. REPORTS TO SECRETARY. Section 634(a) (20 U.S.C. 1434(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “and” at the end; (2) in paragraph (2), by striking the period and inserting “; and”; and (3) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: “(3) information described in section 631(c)(9) and section 633(f)(1), as applicable.”.
