SEC. 215. CYBERSECURITY COOPERATION.(a) Sense of Congress.—It is the sense of Congress that there should be robust cybersecurity cooperation between the United States and nations in the Indo-Pacific region—(1) to effectively respond to cybersecurity threats, including state-sponsored threats;(2) to share best practices to combat such threats;(3) to strengthen resilience against cyberattacks, misinformation, and propaganda; and(4) to strengthen the resilience of critical infrastructure.(b) Authorization of Appropriations.—There are authorized to be appropriated $100,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2019 through 2023 to enhance cooperation between the United States and Indo-Pacific nations for the purposes of combatting cybersecurity threats.
