SEC. 865. AMENDMENT TO NONTRADITIONAL AND SMALL CONTRACTOR INNOVATION PROTOTYPING PROGRAM. Section 884(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114–328; 130 Stat. 2318; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended—(1) by redesignating paragraph (9) as paragraph (10); and(2) by inserting after paragraph (8) the following new paragraph (9):“(9) Unmanned ground logistics and unmanned air logistics capabilities enhancement.”.
