SEC. 205. RESEARCH AND EVALUATION CONTRACTS. Section 665 of the Follow Through Act (42 U.S.C. 9864) is amended— 104 STAT. 1247 (1) in the heading of such section by striking “, demonstration, and pilot project” and inserting “and evaluation”,and (2) in subsection (a)(1) by striking “, demonstration, or pilot project” and inserting “or evaluation”.
