AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.
SEC. 960. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. (a) Establishment of Center.—To carry out section 958, there are authorized to be appropriated $2,300,000 for fiscal year 1991, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1992 through 1994. 104 STAT. 1280 (b) Evaluation.—To carry out section 959, there are authorized to be appropriated $700,000 for fiscal year 1991, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1992 through 1994.
