SEC. 103. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 639 of the Head Start Act (42 U.S.C. 9834) is amended— (1) by striking “$1,198,000,000” and all that follows through “1989, and”, and (2) by inserting after “1990” the following: “, $2,386,000,000 for fiscal year 1991, $4,273,000,000 for fiscal year 1992, $5,924,000,000 for fiscal year 1993, and $7,660,000,000 for fiscal year 1994”.
