AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 602. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. Section 408(h) of the Human Services Reauthorization Act of 1986 (42 U.S.C. 9910b(g)), as so redesignated by section 601, is amended— (1) by inserting “(1)” after “(h)”, (2) by striking “$5,000,000” and all that follows through “1990”, and inserting “$10,000,000 for fiscal year 1991, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1992, 1993, and 1994”, (3) by inserting “(other than subsection (c))” before the period, and (4) by adding at the end the following: “(2) There are authorized to be appropriated $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1991 and such sums as may be necessary in each of the fiscal years 1992 through 1994, to carry out subsection (c).”.
