SEC. 2303. DELAY OF DSH REDUCTIONS. Section 1923(f)(7)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r–4(f)(7)(A)), as amended by section 3813 of the CARES Act (Public Law 116–136), is amended—(1) in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking “December 1, 2020” and inserting “December 12, 2020”; and(2) in clause (ii)(I), by striking “December 1, 2020” and inserting “December 12, 2020”.
