SEC. 305. REHABILITATION OF CORPS OF ENGINEERS CONSTRUCTED DAMS. Section 1177 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2016 (33 U.S.C. 467f–2 note) is amended—(1) in subsection (e), by striking “ $40,000,000” and inserting “ $60,000,000”; and(2) in subsection (f), by striking “ $40,000,000” and inserting “ $60,000,000”.134 STAT. 2704
