SEC. 4606. ROLE IN PATERNITY DETERMINATIONS. (a) In General.—Section 1912(a)(l)(B) (42 U.S.C. 1396k(a)(l)(B)) is amended by inserting “the individual is described in section 1902(1)(1)(A) or” after “unless (in either case)”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
