SEC. 143. PROJECT PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT. Section 103(j)(1) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 (33 U.S.C. 2213(j)(1)) is amended—(1) by striking “Any project” and inserting the following:“(A) In general.—Any project”; and(2) by adding at the end the following:“(B) Inclusion.—An agreement under subparagraph (A) shall include a brief description and estimation of the anticipated operations, maintenance, and replacement and rehabilitation costs of the non-Federal interest for the project.”.
