Sec. 792. There is hereby appropriated $45,861,000 for the Goodfellow Federal facility, to remain available until expended, of which $20,000,000 shall be transferred to and merged with 134 STAT. 1232 the appropriation for “Office of the Chief Information Officer”, $16,046,000 shall be transferred to and merged with the appropriation for “Food Safety and Inspection Service”, and of which $9,815,000 shall be transferred to and merged with the appropriation for “Rural Development, Salaries and Expenses”.
