Sec. 220. Section 1825 of title 28, United States Code, is amended: (a) in subsections (a) and (b) by striking “United States marshal for the district” each place it appears and inserting “Attorney General”; and(b) in subsection (c) by striking “United States marshal” and inserting “Attorney General”.
