SEC. 406. MEDICAID IMPROVEMENT FUND. Section 1941(b)(3)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C 1396w–1(b)(3)(A)), as amended by section 1303 of the Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2021, and Other Extensions Act, is amended by striking “ $3,464,000,000” and inserting “ $0”.
