SEC. 4753. CLARIFICATION OF AUTHORITY OF INSPECTOR GENERAL.Section 1128A(j) (42 U.S.C. 1320a-7a(j)) is amended— (1) by striking “(j)” and inserting “(j)(1)”; and (2) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: (2) ) The Secretary may delegate authority granted under this section and under section 1128 to the Inspector General of the Department of Health and Human Services.”.
