Sec. 8069. Of the amounts appropriated for “Operation and Maintenance, Navy”, up to $1,000,000 shall be available for transfer 134 STAT. 1322 to the John C. Stennis Center for Public Service Development Trust Fund established under section 116 of the John C. Stennis Center for Public Service Training and Development Act (2 U.S.C. 1105).
