SEC. 9103. DECLARATION OF POLICY.Section 502(a) of the Airport and Airway Improvement Act of 1982 (49 U.S.C. App. 2201(a)) is amended— (1) in paragraph (5) by inserting “, including as they may be applied between category and class of aircraft” after “discriminatory practices”; and (2) in paragraph (13) by inserting “and should not unjustly discriminate between categories and classes of aircraft” after “attempted”.
