RESTRICTIONS ON CONTRACT AWARDS.
SEC. 9131. RESTRICTIONS ON CONTRACT AWARDS.No person or enterprise domiciled or operating under the laws of a foreign government may enter into a contract or subcontract made pursuant to this subtitle if that government unfairly maintains, in government procurement, a significant and persistent pattern or practice of discrimination against United States products or services which results in identifiable harm to United States businesses, as identified by the President pursuant to section 305(g)(l)(A) of the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
