Sec. 306. The reporting requirements in paragraphs (1) and (2) under the heading “Federal Emergency Management Agency—Disaster Relief Fund” in the Department of Homeland Security Appropriations Act, 2015 (Public Law 114–4) shall be applied in fiscal year 2021 with respect to budget year 2022 and current fiscal year 2021, respectively—(1) in paragraph (1) by substituting “fiscal year 2022” for “fiscal year 2016”; and(2) in paragraph (2) by inserting “business” after “fifth”.
