SEC. 8041. HEADSTONE OR MARKER ALLOWANCE. (a) In General.—Section 906 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking out subsection (d); and (2) by redesignating subsection (e) as subsection (d). (b) Effective Date.—This section shall apply to deaths occurring on or after November 1, 1990.
