student loan cap adjustmentSec. 105. (a) Section 102 of the Legislative Branch Appropriations Act, 2002 (2 U.S.C. 4579) is amended—(1) in subsection (c)(2)(A)—(A) in clause (i), by striking “ $500” and inserting “ $833”; and(B) in clause (ii), by striking “ $40,000” and inserting “ $80,000”; and(2) in subsection (h)(1), by striking “2 percent” each place it appears and inserting “2.5 percent”.(b) The amendments made by subsection (a) shall take effect on March 1, 2021.
