FEDERAL CROP INSURANCE.
SEC. 1507. FEDERAL CROP INSURANCE. It is the sense of Congress that, in carrying out the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.), the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation— (1) should not be required to assume 100 percent of all loss adjustments in the Federal crop insurance program; and (2) should assume and perform the loss adjustment obligations of a reinsured company if the Corporation determines that such company’s loss adjustment performance and practices are not carried out in accordance with the applicable reinsurance agreement.
