Sec. 9003. Notwithstanding the limitations in sections 609(i) and 609(j) of the Millennium Challenge Act of 2003 (2211 U.S.C. 134 STAT. 1823 7708(j), 7715), the Millennium Challenge Corporation may, subject to the availability of funds, extend any compact in effect as of January 29, 2020, for up to one additional year, to account for delays related to coronavirus: Provided, That the Corporation shall notify the appropriate congressional committees prior to providing any such extension.
