SEC. 6216. CONFORMING AMENDMENTS. (a) Section 306a(b)(1) of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. 1455a(b)(D) is amended by striking “306(c)(9)” and inserting in lieu thereof “306(d)(9J”. (b) Section 312(a) of the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 (16 U.S.C. 1458(a)) is amended by striking “through (I)” and inserting in lieu thereof “through (K)”.
