AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

SEC. 6610. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Administrator $8,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1991, 1992 and 1993 for functions carried out under this subtitle (other than State Grants), and $8,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 1991, 1992 and 1993, for grant programs to States issued pursuant to section 6605.
