Sec. 153. The matter under the heading “Department of Transportation—Federal Railroad Administration—Consolidated Rail Infrastructure and Safety Improvements”—(1) in division G of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019 (Public Law 116–6) is amended by striking “4 years” and inserting “6 years” in the fourth proviso; and(2) in division H of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2020 (Public Law 116–94) is amended by striking “4 years” and inserting “6 years” in the fourth proviso.
