SEC. 5032. ATTAINMENT OF AGE 65 NOT TO SERVE AS BASIS FOR TERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY UNDER SECTION 1619(b). (a) In General.—Section 1619(b)(D (42 U.S.C. 1392h(b)(D) is amended by striking “under age 65”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall apply with respect to benefits for months beginning on or after the first day of the 6th calendar month following the month in which this Act is enacted.
