SEC. 442. EXTENSION OF WAIVER AUTHORITY. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in fiscal year 2021, the Secretary of Transportation may exercise the authority provided by section 22005 of division B of the CARES Act (23 U.S.C. 401 note; Public Law 116–136).
