SEC. 704. NUTRITION ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS. In addition to amounts otherwise made available, $614,000,000, to remain available through September 30, 2021, shall be available 134 STAT. 2096 for the Secretary of Agriculture to provide grants to the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and American Samoa for nutrition assistance in response to a COVID-19 public health emergency, of which $14,000,000 shall be available for the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands.
