SEC. 5060. GOOD CAUSE E)(CEPTION TO REQUIRED COOPERATION FOR TRANSITIONAL CHILD CARE BENEFITS. (a) In General.—Section 402(g)(l)(A)(vi)(ID (42 U.S.C. 602(g)(l)(A)(vi)(ID) is amended to read as follows: “(II) refused to cooperate with the State in establishing and enforcing his or her child support obligations, without good cause as determined by the State agency in accordance with standards prescribed by the Secretary which shall take into consideration the best interests of the child for whom child care is to be provided.”. (b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
