SEC. 5063. FAMILY SUPPORT ACT DEMONSTRATION PROJECTS.Section 505 of the Family Support Act of 1988 (42 U.S.C. 1315; P.L. 100–385) is amended— (1) in subsection (a), by inserting “in each of the fiscal years 1990, 1991, and 1992,” before “shall”; and (2) in subsection (e), by striking “September 30, 1989” and inserting “September 30 of the fiscal year specified in the agreement described in subsection (a)”.
