SEC. 864. MAXIMUM AWARD PRICE FOR SOLE SOURCE MANUFACTURING CONTRACTS. The Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 631 et seq.) is amended—(1) in section 8 (15 U.S.C. 637)—(A) in subsection (a)(1)(D)(i)(II), by striking “$5,000,000” and inserting “$7,000,000”; and(B) in subsection (m)—(i) in paragraph (7)(B)(i), by striking “$6,500,000” and inserting “$7,000,000”; and(ii) in paragraph (8)(B)(i), by striking “$6,500,000” and inserting “$7,000,000”;(2) in section 31(c)(2)(A)(ii)(I) (15 U.S.C. 657a(c)(2)(A)(ii)(I)), by striking “$5,000,000” and inserting “$7,000,000”; and134 STAT. 3785(3) in section 36(c)(2)(A), as so redesignated by section 862(d)(1)(C), by striking “$5,000,000” and inserting “$7,000,000”.
