SEC. 623. EXPANSION OF DEATH GRATUITY FOR ROTC GRADUATES. Section 623(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 (Public Law 116–92) is amended by striking “the date of the enactment of this Act” and inserting “May 1, 2017”.
