SEC. 509A. PERMANENT PROGRAMS ON DIRECT COMMISSIONS TO CYBER POSITIONS.(a) Permanent Programs.—Section 509 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (Public Law 114–328; 130 Stat. 2109; 10 U.S.C. 503 note) is amended—(1) in the subsection heading of subsection (a), by striking “Pilot”;(2) by striking “pilot” each place it appears; and(3) by striking subsections (d) and (e).(b) Heading Amendment.—The heading of such section is amended to read as follows:“SEC. 509. PROGRAMS ON DIRECT COMMISSIONS TO CYBER POSITIONS.” .
