SEC. 1270E. REPEAL OF SUDAN PEACE ACT AND THE COMPREHENSIVE PEACE IN SUDAN ACT.(a) Sudan Peace Act.—Effective January 1, 2020, the Sudan Peace Act (Public Law 107–245; 50 U.S.C. 1701 note) is repealed.(b) Comprehensive Peace in Sudan Act.—Effective January 1, 2020, the Comprehensive Peace in Sudan Act of 2004 (Public Law 108–497; 50 U.S.C. 1701 note) is repealed.
