ELIMINATION OF PERIOD OF ELIGIBILITY FOR TRAINING AND REHABILITATION FOR CERTAIN VETERANS WITH SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITIES.

SEC. 1025. ELIMINATION OF PERIOD OF ELIGIBILITY FOR TRAINING AND REHABILITATION FOR CERTAIN VETERANS WITH SERVICE-CONNECTED DISABILITIES.(a) In General.—Section 3103 of title 38, United States Code, is amended—(1) in subsection (a), by striking “or (e)” and inserting “(e), or (g)”; and(2) by adding at the end the following new subsection:“(g) Subsection (a) shall not apply to a veteran who was discharged or released from active military, naval, or air service on or after January 1, 2013.”.(b) Conforming Amendment.—Section 6(c) of the Student Veteran Coronavirus Response Act of 2020 (134 Stat. 633; Public Law 116–140) is amended by striking paragraph (1).
