Sec. 143. Title I of division L of Public Law 115–141 and title I of division G of Public Law 116–6 shall be amended in the first provisos in each Act under the headings “Department 133 STAT. 1102 of Transportation—Federal Transit Administration—Capital Investment Grants” by striking “obligated” and inserting “allocated”.
