GENERAL MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION salaries and expenses For necessary expenses, not otherwise provided, for Policy Direction, Board of Contract Appeals, and accounting, records management, and other support services incident to adjudication of Indian Tribal Claims by the United States Court of Claims, and services 104 STAT. 1412authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $35,100,000: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available, for general administrative and staff support services, subject to reimbursement by the applicable organization or agencies pursuant to subsections (a) and (b) of section 1535 of title 31, United States Code: Provided further, That not to exceed $5,000 shall be available for official reception and representation expenses.
