OFFICE OF INSPECTOR GENERAL For necessary expenses of the Office of Inspector General $30,997,000 of which not to exceed $1,000,000 shall remain available until expended for procurement and installment of an automation program in support of audits and investigations: Provided, That not to exceed $10,000 shall be available for payment for information and detection of fraud against the Government, including payment for recovery of stolen Government property: Provided further, That not to exceed $2,500 shall be available for awards to employees of other Federal agencies and private citizens in recognition of efforts and initiatives resulting in enhanced Office of Inspector General effectiveness.
