Sec. 539. Of the funds appropriated to the Department of Homeland Security, the following funds are hereby rescinded from the following accounts and programs in the specified amounts: Provided, That no amounts may be rescinded from amounts that were designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to a concurrent resolution on the budget or the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Public Law 99–177):(1) $33,870,000 from Public Law 115–141 under the heading “Transportation Security Administration—Operations and Support”.(2) $17,045,000 from Public Law 115–31 under the heading “Coast Guard—Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation”.(3) $17,200,000 from Public Law 115–141 under the heading “Domestic Nuclear Detection Office—Federal Assistance”.(4) $7,400,000 from Public Law 114–4 under the heading “Coast Guard—Acquisition, Construction, and Improvements”.(5) $5,200,000 from Public Law 114–113 under the heading “Coast Guard—Acquisition, Construction, and Improvements”.
