Sec. 7. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of the Interior shall transfer to the General Services Administration, without consideration, approximately 14 acres of the United States Geological Survey Western Region Headquarters together 104 STAT. 1414with any improvements, structures and fixtures located thereon. The General Services Administration shall construct additional facilities for the United States Geological Survey on this site.
