Sec. 518. The Administrator of General Services, under section 210(h) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended, may acquire, by means of a lease of up to thirty 104 STAT. 1425years duration, space for the United States Courts in Tacoma, Washington, at the site of Union Station, Tacoma, Washington.
